Take your drawings to a new level by learning perspective techniques.
Learn from Helen Wilson at this Free Second Saturday Class.
Helen is a fun and experienced instructor.
She can help you add depth and realism to your drawings.
Using perspective techniques can help make your flat drawings appear three-dimensional, giving a sense of space and depth.
Learn a few simple rules and then see how far you can go!

A Personal Journey into Healing Mandalas
with Nancy Princetta

Notan: Seeing Shapes in black and White

This class at the Ramona Arts Center will be focused on the relationships between lights and darks, also known as Notan. Notan is a Japanese word that refers to a design principle that reduces a composition to its basic shapes and forms using color.
Students will be using paper or ink wash to create their compositions.
The goals of this class is to:
- play with composition
- train the eye to break down lights and shadows
- learn to design and places shapes of light/dark

Weave a Tapestry of Wonder

Continuous Line Drawing

Artist Paul Klee said, “A line is a dot that went for a walk.” This month let’s explore the technique of continuous line drawing! Using a series of objects as your subject matter, you will keep your pen or pencil on a piece of paper while drawing. This technique will allow you to slow your process and train your hand-eye coordination, resulting in a unique abstract drawing!

Artist Trading Cards
Artist trading cards are small works of art created to be traded with other artists.
Come to class with Marsha to learn about ATCs. Then, you will create your own and swap your cards with other artists!
This is a fun way to express your creativity in a small format.

Precious Metal Clay

Make your own stunning affordable bronze jewelry charms, key chains or pet tags while learning how to use bronze metal art clay (PMC).
This is a great introduction to bronze metal clay. Students will learn how to form, texture, fire and finish precious metal clay (PMC) while making charms, jewelry findings and/or key chains or pet tags! We will make the items in class and then the items will be fired and polished to be picked up the next week.

Wire Bending Class
Instructor: Lyn Feudner

Lyn Feudner will teach basic wire bending, introduction to tools used and demonstration of techniques. Colorful copper and brass wire and tools provided
